2 cars containing 6bodies that sank a decade apart are found in a lake after 40 years

            
They had lain undiscovered under an Oklahoma lake for fifty years. And now the discovery of two rusting vintage cars containing five bodies has reignited the mystery of how three teenagers and one man and his friends vanished more than four decades ago. One of the cases is believed to be connected to the disappearance of Jimmy Allen Williams (top right), Thomas Michael Rios, (top left), and Leah Gail Johnson, (bottom right), all went missing after going for a drive in Jimmy's blue 1969 Camaro on November 20, 1970. 

Dive teams were at Foss Lake conducting training with sonar when they came upon the vehicles last week. They went back and did a scheduled dive yesterday and when they pulled the cars out of the water, they found human bones. Continue...

Fight breaks out at House of Reps as new PDP meets lawmakers

                     
A meeting between the seven governors of the new Peoples Democratic Party faction, and members of the House of Representatives has ended after fighting broke out.

The governors, alongside the chairman of the faction, Abubakar Baraje, met first with senate president, David Mark. A follow up meeting at the House of Representatives with Speaker Aminu Tambuwal, and members of the House, degenerated into chaos with supporters of the Bamanga Tukur-led PDP jeering at remarks made by Mr Baraje.

The chaos soon escalated after two members, Dagogo Peterside and Henry Ofongo, from Rivers and Bayelsa states respectively, went up against each other.

Mr. Baraje told Mr. Mark that President Goodluck Jonathan must give up his ambition for a new term. (Source: Premium Times )

Miley, 20, and Liam, 23, got engaged in May 2012 after dating for over two years. Liam moved in with Miley shortly after the engagement but is said to be in the process of moving out of her LA home.

D’Banj is one of the great African pop stars of the past decade, a charming singer but, more important, a savvy showman. For years, this Nigerian singer was at the center of the Mo’ Hits Records stable, but now he’s struck out on his own with a new label and the compilation “D’Banj Presents DKM (D’ King’s Men)” (DB/G.O.O.D./Sony).

It’s an alluring contemporary pop album with an emphasis on king-size dance music, like the militarily efficient “Don’t Tell Me Nonsense” and the flash of last year’s excellent smash hit “Oliver Twist.” D’Banj is also a savvy synthesizer of the old and new Africa, as on “Nous les Meilleurs (We the Best),” a duet with the Congolese singer Fally Ipupa. Covenant University, which is a private Christian University owned by Living Faith Church founded by Bishop David Oyedepo, recently released their student handbook (2013/2017) find it HERE. In it, the school listed a number of clothing items not allowed within the school premises. They banned practically everything. Lol. Group protest against Miss World in Jakarta,say event must not hold

                                 

The 2013 Miss World pageant is scheduled to hold at the Sentul International Convention Center in Jakarta, Indonesia on Saturday September 28th..but it won't hold if the Muslim women in the country have their way. 

For days now, members of an Islamic group called Hizbut Tahrir have been protesting against the pageant in Jakarta. Yesterday, they converge outside the office of the local organizer of the beauty contest, MNC media group, warning them not to stage the pageant in the city.

Other cities are also holding protests, demanding that the permit to hold Miss World pageant in their country be revoked, saying that the pageant runs against their culture.

MNC Group and Miss World Organization say it's too late to find a new location but promised that contestants would not be allowed to wear bikini at the event. 

Same thing happened in Nigeria in 2002.
